Developers approached us to devise a precinct brand for a new residential development in one of Brunswick's oldest industrial areas. Comprising 6 levels over a large brick foundry site HO-ST needed a compelling story to tell over an extended period while adding to the overall culture of Brunswick. Intuitively designed and thoughtfully considered, the concept behind Hope Street focusses on
young and active lifestyles with an emphases on liveability.
Drawing reference from its address as well as Brunswick's hospitable personality, the name HO-ST was chosen. Hero campaign photography celebrating the diversity of people and their individual lifestyles featured across all aspects of the advertising and marketing campaign. Print based applications such as the marketing brochure reflected the architecture and interior design as well as a playful profile of the residents of this new pocketed neighbourhood.
HO-ST of Brunswick aims to reshape and regenerate Hope Street's old industrial heritage, creating a comfortable, contemporary residential community and a common place to call home.
